The housekeeping service ensures more accurate data holding; therefore, assists with child protection (data is up to date and accurate), reporting and compliance to schools GDPR polices

Description of Service

The service will be tailored to the individual schools needs; however, this would normally include the following:

  • ensuring family links are fully linked and correct. Rectifying any errors

  • identifying and rectifying duplicate contacts 

  • identifying and correcting any address issues

  • ensuring salutations are present & correct 

  • checking PR, court orders, primary telephone numbers and emails are present and correct

  • highlighting missing telephone numbers and email addresses for Emergency contacts

  • clearing down unneeded pupil, contact and staff information (where possible) in line with school GDPR polices 

  • removing extra classes in pastoral structure which are no longer needed 

  • running database diagnostics to highlight and fix system fixable errors 

  • checking and reporting on any bulk update fields which are missing 

  • deleting unwanted reports
